Marie-Laure Pochon spent three decades leading global pharmaceutical companies, including President of Schwarz Pharma France and Executive Vice President Global Commercial at Lundbeck, before making an unexpected pivot into dentistry in 2014. What drew her in was a stark gap she couldn’t ignore: while more than 90% of adults in Western countries are regularly monitored for general health, only about half consistently see a dentist.
