In this role, Judd will lead all commercial activities across the United States and Canada, reporting directly to CEO Marie-Laure Pochon. He joins the 3DISC leadership team to support the company’s continued expansion and strategic growth in the North American market.
Judd brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling commercial organizations in the dental industry. His background includes strategic sales leadership, market development, operational management, and hands-on experience as a dental laboratory owner and operator. This combination provides deep insight into clinical workflows, lab–practice collaboration, and the needs of dental technology customers.
At 3DISC, Judd will focus on accelerating growth in North America, strengthening strategic partnerships, and ensuring strong alignment among the commercial, product, and operations teams to support customers and partners.
