As 3DISC enters a new phase of development, marked by scale, maturity, and ambition, we are reinforcing our organization with more senior commercial leadership—leaders with a deep understanding of the IOS environment and a proven drive to build larger, sustainable businesses. As we step fully into the realities of global business, it is both natural and necessary to entrust regional responsibility to experienced managers who can lead with vision, accountability, and proximity to the market. This new chapter is reflected through a series of commercial leadership appointments and confirmations across key regions worldwide. These decisions are not only a response to our acceleration as a global company, but a deliberate commitment to stronger regional ownership, sharper execution, and elevated customer engagement.

This evolution is built on recognition of talent, internal growth, and targeted reinforcement, all aligned with one clear compass: delivering an exceptional customer experience, backed by a strong, reliable, and human support process.

Strengthening Our Commercial Backbone Across Regions

  • Mr. Dejan Vukicevic has been promoted as Commercial Director – Europe

Entering his 5th year with 3DISC, Dejan continues to be a key pillar of our European journey. With deep expertise in the IOS market across Europe, he brings not only strong market knowledge, but also the mindset of a true business partner — one he built, nurtured, and successfully grew over the years.

Three additional Sales positions reporting to Dejan Vukicevic, are being added across Europe, reinforcing our promise of proximity, responsiveness, and operational excellence.

  • Dr. Ziad El-Gohary appointed as Commercial Director – MEA & Turkey

With extensive experience across multinational organizations, Ziad brings a strong legacy in customer training, business development, and market structuring. His track record in navigating and growing tough MEA markets reflects both resilience and a deep belief in long-term partnerships.

  • Mr. Alexander Razenkov – Commercial Director – CIS & SEA

From dental radiology to aligner businesses, Alexander brings a broad and solid understanding of digital dentistry. His strength lies in building meaningful partnerships and driving growth across developing and complex markets.

  • Mr. Gopal Rathore – Commercial Director – Indian Subcontinent.

A biomedical engineer with experience shaped by top-ranked dental companies in India, Gopal firmly believes that customer centricity is the foundation of a strong and trusted brand — a value he lives every day.

  • Mr. Tiago Genaro – Commercial Director – Central & Latin America

With strong experience across leading dental manufacturers in South America, Tiago brings energy, market insight, and execution excellence, making him a high-impact asset to the 3DISC commercial team.

  • Mr. Jonathan Espinoza – Commercial Director – U.S. West Coast & Mexico

Entering his 3rd year with 3DISC, Jonathan has built a solid track record in onboarding key customers across Mexico and Central America, now extending this successful journey to the U.S. West Coast.

North America: Investing in the Future

As part of our next growth phase, 3DISC Dental Connect is actively hiring for a critical leadership role of Vice President, North America reporting directly to 3DISC CEO & President Mme. Marie-Laure Pochon. This role will Build the foundation of a scalable North American sales organization in addition tp Drive direct engagement with customers and key accounts Serve as a strategic cornerstone for long-term growth in the region.
