Case Description:
73-year-old female patient with aesthetic complaints about her upper teeth. Patient with tooth loss and fractured root requiring rehabilitation with implants in the posterior region. Patient with a fixed adhesive prosthesis in the lateral region, an old gold restoration about which the patient complained a lot.
The patient wanted to transform the aesthetics of her smile, as she had a lot of old, darkened resin in the anterior region, some of which were fractured. The patient underwent oral rehabilitation treatment with dental implants, fixed tooth prosthesis, crown and veneers, all in a completely digital flow.
