Clinical Case: A Roadmap to the Final Restoration – Dr Mohammed Shrebaty, Syria

Dr. Mohammed Shrebaty graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Kalamoon. Dr.Shrebaty has a master’s degree and doctorate in fixed Prosthodontics from Beirut Arab University (BAU) Beirut – Lebanon. Since 2016, Dr. Shrebaty has worked with digital dentistry mainly in guided implantology and surgery, smile design, and clear aligners.

Case Description:

A 44-year-old female patient with complaints about her smile. Although she underwent restorations for her anterior upper teeth three years ago, she is still unsatisfied with her smile. In addition to her smile concerns, she feels that her teeth appear artificial and there is a noticeable difference in sizes between teeth at the right and left sides, resulting in facial asymmetry.

The patient wanted to transform her smile in order to have natural look appearance. The patient underwent oral rehabilitation treatment with orthodontic treatment with clear aligner, guided crown lengthening, and fixed prosthesis all in a completely digital flow. The complete digital treatment plan was approved by the patient before initiating any treatment. The final result was the same as proposed one, and the patient was satisfied and happy with result.
